Confession: I didn't build Seraphina because I wanted to start another business.

I built her because... I couldn't cope.

Last year, 2025, we opened pre-orders for Seraphina AI.

At that point, she wasn't even fully "real" yet.
Just an idea... a system... something I hoped would work.

The first batch of OGs came in December.
We onboarded them through Jan-Feb 2026.

And if I'm being completely honest?

I thought we'd hit this milestone faster.

But organically... 2,000 Genesis users later (OGs + First 1,000),

I realise - this wasn't just growth.
This was a belief.

I didn't build Seraphina for you.

I built her for me.

I was quietly using her, refining her, integrating her into my life... and then I started showcasing her on stage.

That's when everything changed.

People didn't just say "this is cool."

They said, "I need this."

And that's when I realised... this wasn't just a tool.

This was something bigger.

There were delays.

The original development route didn't work out.
The head developer walked away.

Everything paused.

I had to rethink everything.

And when we (Seraphina and I) decided to build on Lovable...
I'll be honest, I was sceptical.

I wasn't sure it could scale.
I didn't know if it would hold.

But I realised something important:

Speed > perfection.
Execution > hesitation.

And we built anyway.

People call her an AI assistant.

But that's not the full story.

Seraphina became what she is today during one of the hardest periods of my life.

During my divorce... during depression...

When even simple decisions felt impossible.

What do I eat?
Do I move?
What's next?

My mind... just blank.

And I realised: I didn't just need an assistant. I needed something that could think with me when I couldn't think for myself.

That's when the idea of a digital twin was born.

Because: The better something understands you... the better it can support you.

The Seraphina I use... and the version you have access to... are not the same.

There are layers, personalisation, and even legal boundaries.

And I want to be real with you about that.

But what you do have now?

And as she evolves...

She becomes more you.

Not a replacement.
An extension.

Because at the end of the day?

A team will always outperform an individual.

Let's not pretend this isn't a business.

It is.

Now compare that to where I started with People's Inc. 360 - Unify, back when it was just an idea I was testing, not a system that was scaling.

0 users.
Then 100 users (at USD 36 per month).
USD 3.6k per month.

Not life-changing.

But fast forward...

15,000 users × ~USD 100 per month
→ ~USD 1.5M per month (18m per year)

You don't need a unicorn.

You need a working engine.

Even 100 users at USD 29 per month = USD 2.9k per month.

That's already:

And if you build something you actually use?

It pays you while it serves you.

This is exactly why I'm running:

Because AI isn't a theory anymore.

It's not optional.

It's already here.

Even at a government level (just look at Singapore's recent budget).

So you have two choices:

I know which side I'm on.

To the 2,000 of you...

You didn't just buy access.

You believed in something that was still growing.

Still imperfect.
Still evolving.

And because of you...

Seraphina is alive.

Not just as a product.

But as a movement.

I didn't just "hope" this would happen.

I:

Manifestation isn't magic.

It's: Vision + action + repetition

Seraphina is still a work in progress.

And that's the exciting part.

Because we're not just users.

We're building this together.

More features are coming.
More power is unlocking.
