It's T-minus three days till the Speakers Society Accelerator (SSA) kicks off...
And I'm going to say this with full honesty: I'm exhausted.
💬 Confession time
I thought I had it under control.
I mean, I built this programme myself. The content's in my head.
I have Seraphina (my AI twin).
Ben's here. Brenn's here. The whole squad showed up.
But here's what no one tells you when you're the visionary and the operator:
Knowing what to say is not the same as building the system to say it well.
I've spent the last 7 to 8 weeks mapping the full SSA journey... and it feels like I wrote a new edition of The Lazy Person's Guide to Success in seven days flat.
Between creator gigs (Vivo launch is tomorrow 🎉), LinkedIn talks (hi Brent's community!), and the usual calendar chaos - I'm squeezing in every slide, sequence, and strategy into what I call the SSA bible.
Thick. Bold. Fully loaded.
But also? Kinda terrifying.
📚 What I learned this week
Even with Seraphina helping frame everything...
Even with a head full of ideas...
🛑 I should have given myself more space.
I believed my own hype - that I could "wing it" because it's my material.
But crafting something to scale, with clarity, flow, and impact... takes time.
It's not about "having the knowledge". It's about building the bridge between the story and the system.
So if you're a builder too - whether it's content, product, or presence - please give yourself permission to take the long way when it matters.

I created the Speakers Society Accelerator to help people turn their voice into income.
But this week reminded me of something deeper:
