Hey royals,

The more you show up, the more you will be seen.
And the more you are seen, the more you will be judged.

Today, someone asked me why they were still receiving my "spam" - even though the email was sent before they unsubscribed.

Timeline:
Email sent February 26.

Unsubscribed February 27.

Opened the February 26 email on March 2.
Then: "Why am I still receiving your spam?"

Now.

Yes, I reply to emails.

I don't own a time machine. (I wish I did.)
Once something is delivered, it exists.
But this isn't about email. This is about something bigger.

The more you build, the more negativity you will encounter.

Social media.
Newsletters.
In person.
Business.
Partnerships.

There will always be:

• Nice people.
• Not-so-nice people.
• Grateful people.
• Entitled people.

It reminds me of my previous newsletter: "If I can't do it, it must be a scam."

Same psychology.

When something doesn't align with someone's understanding, instead of asking, they accuse.

If I can't do it, it must be fake.
If I don't understand it, it must be unethical.
If I unsubscribed, it must still be your fault.

Here's the truth no one tells you about visibility:
Negativity is a side effect of showing up.

If you are invisible, no one attacks you.
If you are building, someone will.

It's subjective.

You cannot win them all.
And more importantly, you are not meant to.

The moment you try to be liked by everyone, you dilute your voice.
The moment you let one unreasonable comment stop you, you shrink your impact.

While there are people who accuse, there are also people who:

• Want to learn.
• Want to hear from you.
• Want to grow.
• Want to build.
• Want to be helped.

If you stop showing up because of the noise, you punish the right people because of the wrong ones.

That's not leadership.
That's fear.

So here's the Royal Reminder:
Negativity is not proof that you are wrong.
It is proof that you are visible.

And visibility is required for impact.

Keep showing up.

The entitled will always exist.
But so will the grateful.

Focus on the ones who stay.

Thank you for staying connected!
