A hot topic resurfaced: AI hallucinations.

Here's how I explained it: Imagine a Business Development Manager being asked a tricky question by a client. Instead of admitting "I don't know", they improvise and make something up. On the backend, the team scrambles to deliver - because once the promise is made, it has to be kept.

AI works the same way. When cornered, it can "make up" stories. But here's the truth: Whether human or AI, hallucinations happen when there are no clear parameters and workflows.

With the right structure, those errors can be avoided.
