Funny story... I was literally raised by women.
My entire household? Female.
My school? A girls' school.
My community today? Mainly female founders.
My company? 70% female employees, 90% female management.
It wasn't something I planned. I don't even subscribe to the idea that gender defines capability - I believe in the uniqueness of individuals. But somehow, life kept placing me in rooms filled with strong, courageous women.
And it's made me who I am.
For me, courage isn't about shouting the loudest. It's about taking intentional, actionable steps forward, even when it's scary. That's the kind of courage I advocate for - in business, in leadership, in life.
