Hey royals,
I broke it.
Live.
In front of everyone.

Not in an "oops, cute little glitch" way.
In a "this is the exact tool I tell you to trust" kind of way.
I was mid-bootcamp.
Walking the room through MINT - deep in the N, Nurture.
I was demoing image generation for content. Mentioned you could attach your own photo; let Seraphina work from that.
So I did.
And the generation wasn't quite on point.
Still usable. Still a real image. It's just not exactly matching the photo I'd attached.
No dramatic pause. No cutting the stream.
Because here's the thing - as a trainer, you don't over-glorify the error.
Lovable glitches on me mid-build. ChatGPT does it. Claude does it. Huge platforms, all of them, are all capable of a bad generation on a random Tuesday.
So I said it plainly: "That still works." And moved on with the session.

But I flagged it properly after.
Dug into what was actually breaking in the alignment.
Pushed a fix.
Then tested again.
Same photo. Same prompt.
This time, the likeness held.
What was slightly off in an earlier session has been fixed and confirmed to be working.
The part most people get wrong about AI
Here's what nobody tells you.
The win was never "it never misses."

Every platform misses sometimes. Lovable. ChatGPT. Claude. Doesn't matter how big.
The win is how fast you close the gap between "this isn't quite right" and "this is fixed."
A few years ago? That gap was weeks. A ticket. A queue. A fix that landed long after anyone cared.
With AI in the workflow, we caught it, understood it, and shipped the fix in the same session.
Not "AI is perfect."
"AI lets the gap between imperfect and improved get small enough that nobody has to wait for it."
Three things I relearned about feedback loops

1. Testing isn't a phase. It's a habit.
That misalignment only got caught because we were testing live, in front of real people, not in a spreadsheet somewhere.
2. Don't over-glorify the miss.
Every tool misses sometimes. Naming it plainly and moving forward builds more trust than pretending it never happens.
3. Speed is the actual product.
Not the photo. Not the feature. The speed of the loop between "not quite right" and "fixed" - that's what compounds.
Why I'm telling you this
This is Nurture. The N in MINT.
Not the highlight reel. The repair.
Anyone can show you a clean result. Showing you the fix is what makes the clean result believable.
If you want to see how we actually build - bugs, fixes, and all - that's exactly the energy inside the Money & AI Challenge. Come see how fast you can move when testing isn't the part you dread.
P.S. From Seraphina: "The image generation is tighter now. You're welcome. I was listening the whole time."
