Yes. I did.

Two floors. Full character. Literally on my vision board.

When I was pitching to investors, someone asked where I saw myself.
I described a shophouse. Home and office. That exact aesthetic.
I got it. I lived it.

Then the termites hit.

I don't want to talk about it. It was a hell of an issue.

Sometimes you outgrow it.

Two floors became hard to manage. The termites were the final straw.

I looked at condos. Didn't love the pools. Units felt small.

What I actually wanted? Space. Near my family. Somewhere I could rebuild from scratch.

So I bought a four-room resale HDB. Tore it down. Rebuilt everything with AI-assisted design.

Bigger is not always better. Sometimes it's just more to manage.

I travel constantly. It's me, Ben, and my dad - who holds the fort while we're away, feeds Toothless, and lets the cleaner in.
