Say it out loud.

It materialises.

In partnership with

Hey royals,

Two weeks ago, we ran the NextSelf AI Vision Board workshop.
It full-housed.

This week, we just wrapped Cast 5 of the Speakers Society Accelerator.

And today marks a quiet but significant shift behind the scenes: After this cast, Vicky will officially take over as CEO of Speakers Society.

No big fanfare.
No dramatic announcement.

Just one of those moments where you pause and realise: Oh... this is something I once said out loud.

Here's the part I keep coming back to.

Months ago, I told Kelly - very casually, very matter-of-fact - that I'd eventually be looking for a CEO.

In fact, if I'm honest, I've been saying that since day one.

Not because I wanted to "exit".
But because I've always believed this:

Vision is my role.
Building people is my responsibility.
Running everything forever is not the goal.

I've noticed a pattern in my life - and it keeps repeating.

When I think something clearly,
then I verbalise it (even before it makes sense),
then I share it with the right people,
then I take action, even in small ways...

It eventually materialises.

Not instantly.
Not magically.

But inevitably.

That's why I don't see manifestation as wishful thinking anymore.
To me, it's a skill.

A system.

Think → verbalise → take action → results.

The same pattern showed up again recently.

From a vision board workshop that didn't exist weeks ago...
to 1,000+ people paying for Seraphina AI before it was even fully launched...
to watching Speakers Society grow to a point where it no longer needs me at the centre of everything.

And now, we're entering the next phase.

We're revamping the ecosystem:

Speakers Society Launchpad - DIY, foundational, self-paced.
Speakers Society Accelerator - DWY, structured, supported, strategic.

Same vision.
Different containers.

Because growth isn't about adding more.
It's about placing the right people and systems in the right roles.

If you're in a season where things feel like they're quietly lining up - even if you can't fully see the outcome yet - this is your reminder:

Say it out loud.
Share it before it's perfect.
Take the step before you feel "ready".

Sometimes, the moment you're in now
is simply the night before something shifts.

I'll share more behind-the-scenes once the revamp settles.
For now, I'm sitting with gratitude... and a little awe at how clearly this pattern keeps repeating.
