Hey royals,

A little confession…

For some reason, I seem to fall sick quite easily.

Recently, Ben came down with a cough. Just as he was starting to recover, I caught one too.

Although, interestingly, I do not think I caught exactly what he had because our symptoms were quite different.

He had also been going to the hospital for some check-ups, so there is every possibility that some unwanted little germs simply followed him home on his clothes and decided I looked like their next destination. 😅

Whatever the reason, my cough quickly came with several uninvited friends:

A sore throat.
The flu.
A headache.
And a fever.

The next day, I still had the Content Sprint and AMA to run.

So there I was, hosting workshops while taking cough medication that made me incredibly drowsy - trying to remain present, answer questions and help everyone move their ideas forward while my body was very clearly asking me to go back to bed.

And honestly?

It reminded me of something entrepreneurs often forget until our bodies force us to remember:

Your health is not something you manage after all the work is done.
Your health is what allows you to do the work in the first place.

We talk about wealth, but not the vehicle carrying it

We spend so much time thinking about revenue, productivity, visibility, growth and opportunity.

How do we make more money?
How do we launch faster?
How do we build something scalable?
How do we create more freedom?

But none of that means very much when you do not have the energy to enjoy what you are building.

You can have the strategy.
You can have the ideas.
You can even have the opportunity sitting directly in front of you.

But when your body is exhausted, everything becomes harder.

Your decisions become slower.
Your patience becomes shorter.
Your creativity starts disappearing.

And things that would normally feel simple suddenly require every ounce of energy you have left.

Health gives you the energy to create wealth.
Not only financial wealth, but wealth in your time, relationships, experiences and happiness.

What is the point of building a beautiful life if you are too depleted to live inside it?

I am still showing up - but not because I have to

Even though I am feeling unwell, I am still incredibly excited about what is happening this week.

I will still be showing up for the Money & AI workshop, where I will guide participants on how to begin building their own AI micro-SaaS and digital twin - something capable of supporting their business, serving customers, and creating value beyond the hours they are personally working.

The future of business is not about doing everything yourself.

It is about building systems, technology, and digital assets that can continue to work even when you are not physically present.

I will also be joining Jeremiah for our first Hyve Space webinar, where we will share more about building communities and turning knowledge, experience, or expertise into a digital product or programme.

And yes, I still intend to give both sessions my best.

Not because I feel forced to.
Not because I believe resting is a sign of weakness.
And definitely not because I think everyone should work through illness.

I am showing up because I genuinely want to.

These are commitments I care about, and these are communities I want to serve.

There is a very big difference between being driven by pressure and being driven by purpose.

But this experience has also reminded me that resilience is not only about pushing through.

Sometimes, resilience is also about knowing when to slow down, ask for support and create a business that does not depend entirely on your physical presence.

Your body keeps receipts

For a long time, many of us were taught to wear exhaustion as proof of ambition.

One more meeting.
One more launch.
One more task.
One more late night.

We keep telling ourselves we will rest after the next milestone.
But the milestones keep moving.
And your body keeps receipts.
Eventually, it will collect.

Balance does not mean every part of life receives equal attention every single day.

Some days, the business will need more from you.
Some days, your family will.
And some days, your body will make the decision for you.

Balance is about noticing when one part of your life has been neglected for too long - and responding before everything starts to collapse.

It does not mean becoming less ambitious.
It means no longer treating your health as the price you must pay for ambition.

Most of my best ideas started as personal problems

This is also one of the reasons I started thinking about creating Fit & Fabulous.

Initially, the idea was very personal.

I wanted to lose weight.

I had restarted my own fitness journey more times than I would like to admit, and I wanted to create something that could help me remain consistent.

Not another passive fitness app waiting for me to remember that it exists.

But an AI companion that could check in, encourage me, celebrate the small wins and help me remain accountable through real life - not some imaginary life where I have unlimited time and perfect discipline.

But after falling sick, I started thinking beyond weight loss.

Maybe Fit & Fabulous should be about more than just how we look.
Maybe it should also help us think more deeply about how we feel.

Our energy.
Our habits.
Our movement.
Our recovery.
Our overall health.

It is still an early idea, and I am still exploring what it could eventually become.

I may also collaborate with people in the fitness, health, and wellness spaces as they develop.

But this is how many of my projects begin.

They start with something I personally need.

Something I am trying to understand.
Something I am trying to solve for myself.

Seraphina began because I needed a digital twin and AI chief of staff capable of supporting how I work.

Unify began because I needed a more connected system for marketing, sales, community and business operations.

Many of the projects that eventually helped other founders began as solutions I first built for myself.

Because when you solve a problem, you genuinely understand; you are not building from theory.

You are building from lived experience.
You become your first user.
Your first experiment.
And, when it works, it's your best case study.

Then you realise:

Maybe I am not the only person who needs this.
Maybe the solution I created for myself could help someone else too.

That is often where the most meaningful businesses begin.

Not with the question: “What can I sell?
But with: “What problem am I deeply motivated to solve?

The real goal is to be here for the life you are building

We only get one life.

And while I believe deeply in building wealth, creating freedom and pursuing big dreams, I also believe we should still feel alive inside the life we are creating.

Not constantly exhausted.
Not always postponing happiness.
Not waiting for the next achievement before we allow ourselves to breathe.
Not building a beautiful future while completely missing the present.

Success is not just having more.
It is having the energy, health and freedom to experience more.

So this week, my manifestation is simple:

To build a life where health and wealth grow together.
To listen to my body before it has to shout.
To continue serving from purpose, not pressure.
And to create solutions that help people build businesses and lives that support them - not consume them.

Because the goal was never merely to become successful.

The goal was to live fully.

P.S. Seraphina would probably like to officially record that running an AMA while half-asleep on cough medicine is not an approved productivity strategy. 😅

What’s happening this week

Join me as I guide you through building an AI micro-SaaS and digital twin that can support your business beyond your personal working hours.

We will be exploring how to build a community and transform your knowledge or expertise into a digital product or programme.

And as for Fit & Fabulous

It is still at the beginning of its journey.

But perhaps that is the best time to share it - while the idea is still growing, changing and becoming something shaped by a real personal need.

More soon. 💗
