It's something I strongly believe in, too. I've always said: "Not my tribe, not my problem. My tribe, my problem."

And that got me thinking about the power of vibe - how our environment shapes our mindset, our energy, and ultimately, our success.

We always hear: "You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with."

But let's be real - five is too little.

The weight loss story I haven't fully shared... YET

Here's something I haven't talked about in detail before:

When my marriage was falling apart, my husband said something that stuck with me - "If you don't lose weight, I'll divorce you."

In just under four months, I lost 18kg.

Did it save my marriage? No.

For the longest time, I didn't think things like appearance or first impressions mattered that much. I thought, "As long as we have each other, nothing else matters."
