I'm doing the keynote speech and opening for our very first Speakers Society Virtual Summit: Voices of Impact - Thrive Through Every Chapter, and I want to tell you how this all came about.
This is the first time I'm running something like this at this scale - virtual, global, and very human. Naturally, I expect a few hiccups (I've already told our speakers to roll with the flow!) - but that's the beauty of building something meaningful: It's real.
The idea for this summit came from a very personal place.
I've always believed that your voice is your power, but I also know how scary it can be to use it - especially when you're going through transitions, healing, or simply figuring things out.
This summit was created to give us, as speakers (aspiring or experienced), a space to connect globally - to speak, share, grow, and be heard. In today's world, we're all global citizens. Technology crosses borders. Stories cross hearts.
Years ago, putting something like this together would've taken months. But now, with AI, automation, and broadcasting tools, it's not just easier - it's scalable. Seraphina, my AI digital twin, helped me manage the entire production - from speaker curation to promotional workflows - giving me back time to focus on what really matters.
And that's the thing: Tech can give us more time...
But it can't replace real-life experience, human connection, or shared memories.
So, this summit isn't just about being online.
It's about showing up.
