AI won't replace influence
(it will amplify it.)
Hey royals,
There was a time I thought being influential meant being everywhere - on every stage, in every room, in every conversation. But I learnt the hard way that influence without systems is just exhaustion in disguise.
When burnout hit, I didn't build AI to scale. I built it to survive.
But that survival system - my AI twin, Seraphina - ended up helping me build a seven-figure side hustle and a whole new way of living.
And that's when I realised...
AI isn't here to replace us. It's here to amplify us.
From stage to system: The new age of influence
When Andy Ng, a veteran trainer with nearly three decades of experience, joined our Speakers Society Accelerator, he thought he'd seen it all.
He wrote, "It wasn't just about stage presence. It was about how to think, act, and grow like a Speaker CEO."
That line stayed with me. Because it wasn't about what he learnt - it was about how he evolved.
He came in as a speaker. He left as a system.
That's the real future of influence - when human connection meets intelligent automation.
Tomorrow, at e27 Flux Series 2025, I'll be sharing exactly how I build and automate those systems: 🎤 Automating Marketing: AI Workflows for Follow-Ups and Content Creation
Because the truth is, AI doesn't make you less human.
It makes your human moments more powerful.
The AI amplifier framework
Over the last year, I've seen hundreds of speakers, founders, and creators transform when they combine authenticity with automation.
Here's what I call the AI amplifier framework - the simple way to scale your human edge:
1️⃣ Human-led, AI-assisted: You set the direction; AI accelerates execution.
2️⃣ Automate the mechanics, not the magic: Let AI handle workflows, you handle the connection.
3️⃣ Data-driven, heart-powered: Use insights to enhance impact, not replace empathy.
AI can mirror your voice, but not your values.
It can express your brand, but not your belief.
That's why influence will always be human at its core.
From hustle to harmony
Once upon a time, I thought success was about doing more.
Now I know it's about designing systems that do more for you.
Automation gave me back time for creativity, relationships, and strategy - the things that actually move the needle.
That's why I'm launching Money and AI, a platform for founders and creators to learn how to monetise smarter, using automation and AI to grow influence and income simultaneously.

The lesson that changed everything
Shoutout to Andy Ng, Speakers Society Accelerator Cast 3 graduate, whose "13 Lessons" post went viral - especially this gem: "Use AI as a partner, not a master."
That's the future mindset of every modern creator, founder, and leader.
Flux is the stage. Money and AI is the system.
AI is learning to write, speak, and even persuade - but leadership still belongs to those who lead with meaning.
Flux is the stage.
Money and AI is where we build the system.
XOXO,
Sabrina 'Princessa' Wang
