So... a LinkedIn post made me cackle out loud this week.
You know the kind - the meme that grabs you by the soul because it feels a little too real.

This one was the classic Fry-from-Futurama squinting meme with the caption:

"Are you dumb, or what?"
(Yes, LinkedIn is getting unhinged and honestly... I support it.)

But what really got me was the post above it.

A founder was saying, "I can't share my idea because someone might steal it," and the author basically wrote, "That's the dumbest thing a founder can say."

And I SCREAMED.

Because if there's one question I've been asked more times than "Sab, where do you get your energy from?" - it's this one: "Aren't you afraid someone will steal your idea?"

My confession

I've been sharing my ideas openly for YEARS.

Programmes, frameworks, business models, AI systems - all of it.
Sometimes, even before they're fully built.
Sometimes, before they're even named.

And every time someone asks me if I'm afraid someone will copy me... I just blink and think:

Copy what, exactly? The idea?
Or the execution?

Because ideas are cheap.
Execution is expensive.
And sustainability? That's a whole different sport.

The Speakers Society moment

The most recent time someone asked me this was during the Speakers Society Accelerator.

"Sab, did you IP the programme?"
"Are you not worried someone will recreate the model?"
"Won't people just steal it?"

And all I could think was... Isn't that literally the POINT?

We built the Accelerator to give people a shortcut.
To show them the blueprint.
To teach the exact systems we used to grow the Speakers Society.

If someone takes the model and innovates it?
GOOD.
That's how the ecosystem grows.

I've been in the open-source space for so long that gatekeeping ideas feel... archaic.
Like hoarding ingredients but never cooking the meal.

Here's the truth nobody wants to admit:

If your idea can be "stolen," just by hearing it... maybe it wasn't that strong to begin with.

And if your entire business collapses because someone heard your idea and does it faster?

Then you don't have a business.
You have a wish.

Alibaba wasn't a new idea.
Neither was Amazon.
Neither was half the tech we use today.

But execution?
THAT was unrivalled.

GTM (go-to-market) speed.
Team.
Community.
Consistency.
Positioning.
Systems.
Timing.
And now - AI.

That's your moat.
Not the idea.

If you want freedom, stop hiding your ideas

The fastest way to compound wealth, time, and opportunity is...

Share → test → build → iterate → execute.

You cannot manifest silently.
You cannot grow in secret.
You cannot scale if you're constantly terrified someone might copy you.

Also - and this is the part founders HATE hearing:

If it's so easy to copy... do you really want to spend your life defending it?

I'm not here to play "protect the blueprint."

I'm here to teach people how to build empires - faster.

AI gives us the leverage.
But YOU are the engine that makes it sustainable.

Execution is what builds your freedom

AI doesn't replace your idea.
It accelerates your execution.

Every programme in my ecosystem exists because of this philosophy:

They're not secrets.
They're systems.

And systems only work when you work them.

Your idea won't make you money.
Your execution will.

I believe in abundance.
In the community.
In co-creation.
In the magic that happens when you speak your ideas out loud.

Every time I've shared an idea openly, it attracted the right people, the right partners, the right opportunities, the right timing.

Manifestation doesn't work in silence.
You need to declare, verbalise, create, and execute.

Royal Visionary Society was born from this.

So here's my little reminder for you this week: You can hug your idea to bed every night... but until you execute, it remains a bedtime story.

Share boldly.
Execute consistently.
Innovate fearlessly.
