No. Easier? Yes.
Hey royals,
There's no shortcut to life.
Not in relationships. Not in careers.
And definitely not in business or investment.

But that doesn't mean there isn't an easier route.
Easier ≠ Easy.
That's where being coachable or investible comes in.
But spoiler alert? Most people don't even qualify for either.
The clarity call that got me thinking
On a clarity call this week, someone said they wanted to "try first" before committing.
They weren't sure they could succeed, and hoped I'd help them figure that out.
Let's flip the lens:
👩🏫 From a Coach's POV: I'm not here to convince you of your own potential.
If you're not coachable - open, prepared, willing - no strategy in the world will save you.
💼 From an Investor's POV: If you came to me with a pitch and said, "I'm unsure," I'd pass - no matter how good the idea was.
I'll back someone all-in. But I'm not here to carry you to clarity.
Coachable: The path of self-leadership
Being coachable isn't about saying "yes ma'am" and taking notes.
It's about:
Being open to uncomfortable feedback.
Showing up prepared.
Doing the damn work without excuses.
A coach is a mirror, not a crutch.
We reflect. You adapt. That's how growth works.
💰 Investible: When people bet on you
Now let's talk business.
When I invest - time, money, mentorship - I'm betting on you, not just the idea.
Here's what makes someone investible:
Clear conviction and commitment
Tangible stakes (you've already shown up, not just dreamt it).
A plan or framework, even if it's rough.
Willingness to evolve.
Your pitch doesn't need to be perfect.
But your posture had better be.
Investors don't chase maybe's. We double down on hell yeses.

🎯 Which one are you right now?
Before you ask someone to coach or invest in you, ask:
Am I here to learn or to test?
If you're "trying it out," you're not ready. Come back when you're hungry.Am I asking for support or permission?
A coach can't believe in you for you.
An investor doesn't pay for you to decide - they pay for your decision.What's on the table - from me?
Time, money, energy - show the exchange.
Remember: Collaboration isn't charity.
📈 The ones who win
✅ The fully coachable ones build systems, execute fast, and ask sharper questions week by week.
✅ The investible ones close deals, build teams, and move from "maybe" to "momentum."
✅ The ones who are both? They scale. Period.
You don't have to be the loudest. You don't need 100k followers.

You just need to show you're ready to do the work.
