And lately, I've been thinking about this a lot - because if you're feeling like it's harder than ever to stay consistent... you're not imagining it.

The world is loud.
Every platform has its own demands.
Every algorithm wants a different version of you.
And the content was already heavy before...

Now it's worse - because AI can churn out more content, faster.
Which means everyone is trying to grab attention at the same time.

So if you've been struggling to keep up, here's my honest confession:

I don't "stay consistent" by forcing discipline.

I stay consistent by designing my life around it.

My lazy consistency system: I don't do everything - I filter.
