Confession time:
I'm used to pitching, collaborating, and closing deals.
But stepping into homeowner territory? That's been a whole new vibe.

I've officially begun renovating my first home - and while I thought it'd just be tiles and paint, it's quickly turned into a lesson in value exchange, visual thinking, and serious patience.

Thankfully, I wasn't alone.

  • Custom pieces? Worth the splurge (hello statement cupboard wall).

  • Standard builds? Easier to save or co-sponsor (like wardrobes).

  • Tech + functional items? Still sourcing - hit me up if you're a fit.

  • Time vs value? I won't chase every brand - if it's not a fit, I'll buy it.

With smart collabs, I've already shaved off over 30% of my reno budget, letting me invest in the pieces that really matter.

💸 Wealth perspective: It's not just a home

This isn't just where I'll live.
It's where I'll:

  • Film

  • Host

  • Work

  • Create

  • Build new memories... and probably change the layout again in six months.

It's part of my brand ecosystem now.
Which is why I'm careful about what goes in - not just for aesthetics, but for long-term content strategy and sponsorship alignment.
