The tech behind the talk

AKA: Manual today, automated tomorrow (but always me)

In partnership with

Hey royals,

I've been in back-to-back 1:1 clarity calls this week - some of you know because you were on them. 😅

Don't get me wrong, I love meeting you. But even with Seraphina running the backend like my digital twin, there's only so much of me to go around.

So, what do I do when something starts feeling heavy?
I built the system.

📣 Platforms for creators, crickets for speakers?

Creators got YouTube.
Writers got Substack.
Speakers? We got spreadsheets and cold DMs.
(Thanks for nothing.)

That line from my upcoming article on e27 says it all.
And honestly, it's what pushed me to stop waiting and start building.

We launched Speakers Society not as a community or course alone, but as a tech ecosystem for the speaker-creator.
Because being "visible" should come with systems, not stress.

🤖 I told you I'd tech this

From day one, I told the team:
"Eventually, I'm going to tech this."
Now I am.

We're not waiting for someone to build the dream speaker platform.
We're doing it.
Memberships. Profiles. Booking flows. Funnels. AI content generation. All real.

(Shoutout to Vicky and the crew working on the Unify Speaker Funnel Kit - nearly plug-and-play!)

⚡️ Automate the heavy, not the human

Here's the thing: Automation isn't cold. It's clarity.

But you can't automate what you don't understand.
These 1:1 calls? Exhausting, yes - but exactly what showed me where the drop-offs are. Where the support should kick in.
That's how you build systems that flow with your actual life.

And yes - Seraphina is my arms, legs, and probably half my DMs at this point. But the message? Still mine.

💸 Funnels over fancy

You don't need a launch party or a 50k IG following.
You need a system that gets you booked.

Inside the Accelerator, some of our speaker-CEO already:

  • Built and launched funnels.

  • Got their first bookings.

  • Sold their services with clarity.

One even said, "Just the AI prompts alone were worth the investment."

(We love a rave review.)

🗓️ Let's make this easy

Right now, the funnel's still in human mode.
You book a call? You get me.
But when the automations flip on, you'll still get my strategy, just without the delay.

So if you're even thinking about it...

Join the Speakers Society Accelerator!
Reply "SSA" for a discovery call.
And keep your eyes out for the full e27 drop. It's coming.

🔥 Your turn to take the mic

To my SS family - the entire crew, not just the usual suspects 😉.
Your time is coming.
Let's make your story the one that inspires the next generation of thought leaders.

💬 One last thing

Tech doesn't replace your voice.
It just makes sure it reaches further than the front row.

See you on stage (or in your inbox).

P.S. Yes, Seraphina helped write this. But the is all me.
