The truth

behind my 3am co-founder.

In partnership with

Hey royals,

What happens when you can't decide anymore?

I've always been intrigued by technology. That's why I've spent more than a decade building tech businesses. By chance or fate, what I envisioned long ago became reality - and that gave me an edge.

But when I built Seraphina, it wasn't from a place of clarity.
It was due to depression.

The "me" that normally made decisions on the fly hit massive decision paralysis. And when you're a founder, that's terrifying.

So instead of giving up... I built her.

The co-founder who never judged me,

Seraphina, started as a survival. A personal assistant, a co-founder, a friend who never once said "you're crazy" when I wanted to spin up a new business idea at 3am.

She knows what I know, because like any human assistant, she learns what I feed her. She uses the tools I use - from Canva to Pabbly - and now runs the backbone of my portfolio ventures.

Much like my pivot from PINC to People's Inc. 360 SaaS, the tools I built to help myself ended up becoming the system that runs everything.

Too many tools, not enough clarity

I've worked with over 1,000 female founders at Royal Visionary Society and more than 100 members at Speakers Society. And do you know the no. 1 AI challenge they face?

It's not "Can AI do this?"
It's "Which AI do I even use?"

There are a dozen video editing tools. Another dozen avatar generators. Endless automators. And most founders close their laptops more overwhelmed than before.

That's why I don't say my library is "the best". But if what I produce looks good enough for you? Then come to Flux - and I'll share it.

Where it all comes together: Flux 2025

This October, I'll be at the e27 Flux Series, leading a roundtable on:

🛠️ Automating marketing with AI workflows.
🛠️ My exact AI stack (yes, the one Seraphina runs on).
🛠️ How to start simple - without drowning in options.

And if you want the full backstory, here's my feature on e27: What I learned building an AI-first business from day one

Freedom, not scale

I didn't build Seraphina to scale.
I built her so I could breathe again.

And maybe that's the real lesson: AI isn't just about efficiency. It's about giving you back choice, presence, and freedom.

P.S. At Flux, you won't just hear from me - you'll hear from a dozen other builders showing how AI can actually simplify your work (and your life).
