We failed?
Not really, but didn't fly either.
Hey royals,
Let me tell you about a chapter that quietly wrapped - one that didn't make headlines, didn't crash and burn, but also... didn't take off the way I envisioned.

It's about My Dream Academy (MDA).
Chloe and I built it together. Well, technically, I convinced her to do it with me (I pitched her at my place and mapped it all out on my whiteboard - very founder-core energy).
The idea?
Royal Launch School, but tailored to a different audience:
→ More PMETs.
→ More funnel-focused.
→ More startup-meets-side-hustle energy, rather than full-blown female founder mode.
And you know what?
It didn't fail.
But it didn't scale either.
So what happened?
We ran the first cohort, but the conversion rates weren't high.
Unlike Royal Launch School, we didn't sell out.
Chloe's community is more investment-focused, and business building requires a different kind of long-game consistency.
That mismatch? It showed.
What I learned
Targeting is everything.
Just because there's demand doesn't mean it's your audience.Digestibility matters.
Big, ambitious programmes feel overwhelming if the steps aren't clear. Smaller, entry-point offers like AI Personal Branding worked better.Set-up is the blocker.
Most aspiring entrepreneurs get stuck at the start, not the strategy. That insight helped shape how I simplify onboarding now.
The silver lining?
Every MDA student is still supported.
They're welcome inside the Royal Launch School and the Royal Visionary Society. I'll continue guiding them - because when you start something, you don't just walk away.
And personally?
I'm clearer on who I serve.
I'm sharper with how I build.
I know this wasn't a failure - it was data.
The real confession?
Sometimes, we let go too soon.
Not because the idea was bad.
But we didn't give ourselves time to refine it.
That's what happened here.
I didn't pursue the tweaks.
I chose to pivot to other ventures instead, like Seraphina AI, Speakers Society Accelerator, and Crypto to Freedom.
Would I revive MDA? Not exactly.
But I'm folding the best of it into People's Inc. Academy - where tools, systems, and smarter funnels come together, powered by our ecosystem and partners.
